Feel free to contact us and we'll guide you through choosing the right equipment. As Therapists, we have years of experience in this field and when you contact us you will connect straight through to a real person.
There are several ways to find the product you want from our stock :
Search Our Store
You can use the search box facility at the top of each page to search by product name or by brand or by budget or all three! Enter a key word or words in our search box and click on "GO" to search our store.
If you select this option you will be able to view our product range which we have categorised into easy to follow groups. You can choose to browse by category by clicking on the range you wish to see and our shopping cart software will do the rest!
Once you have selected the product you wish to buy by clicking on the "Add to Your Basket" button you will be shown the contents of your online shopping basket. Here you may adjust quantities and choose your shipping destination.
Proceed to the Check Out
When you select "Proceed to the Check Out" you will be asked to register your name and email address with a password. This will allow our shopping cart software to remember your delivery details for future visits. You may then key in your billing address (note that this must match your credit or debit card billing address) and your delivery address. Your address details can be edited if they have changed since you last placed an order with us.
Please note that a signature is required for all courier deliveries but you can tell us where to leave your parcel if you are likely to be out. This must be done prior to dispatch. All goods left unsigned will be at your own risk.
(UK Mainland only)
All portable tables, trolleys. stools, chairs and stone heaters will be charged at £20 per item.
All stationary, electric and hydraulic tables will be calculated at cost and will not be charged at the time of ordering. We will contact you on receipt of your order to confirm the exact cost, when payment will subsequently be taken.Most larger, heavier items are despatched by insured overnight courier for next day delivery up to Aberdeen. Scottish Highlands are subject to a 2-3 day service.
(Non-UK Mainland orders)
International orders are despatched subject to availability, by the most economical or agreed method and subsequent freight cost.
Paying by Credit or Debit Card
The software we use to operate the shopping cart is installed on a secure server, which means that your card details will be encrypted. Payments are managed by SecureTrading.
Paying by Cheque
Please make cheques payable to Massage Table Store, and write your order number, name, address and card details on the reverse of the cheque and allow extra time for delivery. DO NOT SEND CASH THROUGH THE POST.
Once we receive your payment, we will advise you via email, and via our website that the transaction has gone through.
Prices and availability
All prices on this website are up to date, and DO NOT INCLUDE VAT at the rate ruling at the date of despatch. Inevitably, prices and availability may change over time. VAT will be calculated at the current rate of 20% and displayed in your basket.
Your Personal Details
All information supplied is only used to enable us to process your order more efficiently. Under no circumstances is it passed to a third party.
Processing Your Order
We aim to process your order on the day we receive it, subject to availability.
We aim to give you the best possible service on each and every order but please appreciate that sometimes things do go wrong. If this happens, we'll do our utmost to put things right quickly.
We state a 10% admin fee on returned goods.
Claims for loss or damage to goods in transit cannot be accepted unless the Company is advised within 48 hours of receipt of goods in the case of damage. The Company must be informed, in writing, within 14 days of date of invoice in the case of loss. The Company will not entertain claims made outside the stated time limits.
